Revalsys Technologies is on the lookout for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter specializing in AI & Technical Hiring. This role is ideal for recruiters who understand the unique challenges of hiring in the rapidly growing AI and Machine Learning industry.

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment cycle — from sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensuring a smooth onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand the requirements of different AI and technical roles and build recruitment strategies tailored to each.

The right candidate will not just be filling roles but will also act as a trusted partner to the organization, ensuring we hire professionals who not only meet technical requirements but also align with our company culture.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Handling end-to-end recruitment for AI and technical roles.
• Sourcing candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals.
• Partnering with hiring managers to create recruitment strategies.
• Assessing both technical skills and cultural fit.
• Maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future AI positions.
• Staying updated on AI technologies, frameworks, and trends.
• Tracking recruitment metrics and continuously improving hiring processes.
• Assisting with salary negotiations and candidate onboarding.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
